ON TUESDAY, AT PAUL’s INSISTENCE, WE STOPPED TO VISIT ICEPAN, LA’s new “healthier” ice cream shop, The buzz about this place is sweeping the city. It’s sort of a cross between Pinkberry® and Cold Stone Creamery® and made (literally) while you wait from your choice of all natural ingredients.

I’ll even forgive the spelling errors on the shop’s wall hangings for the innovative idea put forth by company manager Mina Min. Headquartered in L.A., this hot new concept is poised to become the next big thing. Check it out.
