This advanced exercise is so tough, after finishing a set, people in the gym might be thinking to themselves: “What kind of wo/man trains like this?” Walking lunges. Double push-ups. Renegade rear delt raises. An optional burpee. The “not-for-beginners” combination works legs, core, chest, and shoulders, (not to mention the cardiovascular output).
Training Tip: On exercises like this, rather than doing all of them in one spot, use the entire gym —it makes each rep feel more substantial, and each set a real accomplishment.
