BODY PARTS USED:  Sun Salute Pushup (chest, core, triceps);  Reach & Touch Crunch (abdominals);  Forward Lunge with Weight (hamstrings, quads, glutes, core); Bartender Raise (deltoids);  Single Legged Deadlift (core, glutes, hamstrings, back, calves);  Upside Down Military Press (deltoids, trapezius, triceps).
