Bronson, Born Again
![]()
Bronson might tell you that sometimes it’s hell to be married to a Virgo fitness trainer. I him on our first date: “I don’t date people I train, and I don’t train people I date.” (Luckily, I said nothing about people I marry).
Well Bronson didn’t need any help from me. He’s been eating right, working his ass off in the gym, training for the rodeo. Tonight, he swaggered up the stairs with a little smirk, holding his latest body composition reports. And I’m floored.
BRONSON — 2005
- Weight: 185 pounds
- Body fat percentage: 18%
- Fat weight: 32lbs
- Muscle weight: 143lbs
BRONSON — March 7, 2008
- Weight: 201 pounds
- Body fat percentage: 12.1%
- Fat weight: 24lbs (-8 pounds!)
- Muscle weight: 177lbs (+32 pounds!)
Since 2005, he’s lost 8 pounds of fat and gained 32 pounds of lean body mass (about a 1.5 lbs a month). He’s drastically altered his body composition and the way he feels about his body. There are other stats I could brag about, but you can read all of that on LovesickBilly.com
Is it any surprise that the editorial team at Genre Magazine has selected Bronson to be their upcoming stud of the day in the “Daily Heat” feature on the website?
“This is the person I always knew I was on the inside.” —Bronson

Bronson has always been smarter, more driven, more focused and more diligent that me; starting at age two. I have only ever wanted him to have someone by his side who would appreciate, revere and love him. With you, Sam, he has the desire and stability to be and do all he is capable of being and doing. I say, “Look out, World! It’s The Pages!”
