[video] Goat Dressing at Palm Springs “Hot Rodeo”

Watch me and my best college bud Jeremy Yates, take our first official steps as cowboys in the Palm Springs IGRA’s “Hot Rodeo” held this past May. Video recordings are one way athletes can improve performance and practice active visualization.
